You agree to use the Orbsway platform responsibly and only for its intended purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Orbsway integrates with Google Calendar to facilitate the scheduling of therapy sessions. By using this integration, you agree to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Orbsway does not store or share your calendar data beyond what is necessary to provide this functionality.
All content, logos, software, and materials provided by Orbsway are the intellectual property of Orbsway and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Orbsway is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the therapy recommendations or scheduling services. Orbsway will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Orbsway platform at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful or abusive behavior.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Orbsway platform after any changes means you accept the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
